For 16 years, the Windsor Leadership Trust has been bringing together top leaders from every sector to reflect on how they can use their influence, decisions and actions to benefit their organisations, and wider society. Through our programmes, we enable leaders to explore for themselves the responsibilities of leadership. The different programme levels reflect the increasingly complex challenges leaders face as their roles become more strategic and their leadership responsibilities grow.
