About the Windsor Leadership Trust The Windsor Leadership Trust believes exceptional leadership can have a powerful and positive impact on society. Through a unique portfolio of programmes and consultations, held at St George’s House, Windsor Castle, we provide opportunities for leaders to develop their own leadership wisdom and insight. Leaders from all sectors take part, including business, government, military, religion, and not-for-profit.
Our programmes are aimed at those already in positions of strategic leadership and those identified as having the potential to reach senior positions. By sharing experiences and challenging speakers, programme participants reflect on the impact they can have on wider society through the decisions they make, as their responsibilities as today’s and tomorrow’s leaders increase. Strong cross-sector networks emerge that go on to provide a constant bedrock of support and experience as individuals continue their leadership journey.
As a registered charity we make no profit from our programmes. Participants contribute to their costs, and we are grateful to all of our speakers and facilitators who give their time for free. All meetings are held under the Chatham House Rule enabling honest, open and enlightening discussions. We are a registered charity (No. 1048589) and a private company, limited by guarantee (No. 3034557). Our Trustees are all Directors and Members of the company.
