Amin Rajan’s expertise covers, amongst others, leadership. In 1988 he was awarded the Aspen Institute’s Prize in leadership. His work has proved so influential that he now provides leadership coaching to CEOs and executive committees in a wide variety of global companies.
As well as appearing on radio and television regularly, Amin contributes feature articles to The Financial Times, The Guardian, The Sunday Times and has published numerous books and articles on leadership, business cultures, socio-economic forecasting, globalisation, new technologies and new business models.
Amin has presented the results of his research studies at over 100 major events in the USA, UK and continental Europe in the last 5 years. He is one of the most sought after speakers on the future of work, organisation and society and its leadership implications.
Amin has been a Fellow of the Trust since 2002.
