Lynne Chambers is a Fellow of the Windsor Leadership Trust. She is currently conducting an assignment for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, leading their Talent and People Development Centre of Expertise. Prior to that, she was Global Head of Organisational & Leadership Development at ING Group, based between London and Amsterdam. Chambers joined ING in 2006 from Citigroup, where she was Global Head of Leadership and HR Professional Development. She has extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion and culture change programmes. After 6 years in the insurance industry Chambers joined Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a management consultant, where she spent the next 4 years. She went on to work for UBS and NatWest Markets before joining Citigroup in 1997, where she achieved some notable successes in the leadership and diversity arena. She has a Joint Honours degree from Durham University and an MBA from Cass Business School. She is a member of the Ministry of Defence Diversity Panel. Lynne is an experienced executive coach and facilitator and she combines these skills, together with deep content expertise into a number of different corporate settings. She is a regular public speaker at conferences and writes articles for various management journals. Lynne is married, with two children aged 8 & 6.
