Lisa joined the Windsor Leadership Trust (WLT) as Business Development Manager in September 2011.

Prior to this role, Lisa managed a fundraising appeal called the StareheFUture Appeal, which aimed to secure the short and long-term futures of the Starehe schools in Kenya. The Starehe Centres are the only secondary schools in Kenya providing a first-class secondary education and a safe and secure home to bright, but disadvantaged children from across Kenya, completely free of charge. The educational ethos of these two schools imbues leadership and responsibility in its students as well as encouragement to give back to the community. With this insight into leadership, Lisa is excited about her new role at the WLT, which aims to do the same thing for senior-level leaders in the UK and beyond.

Lisa has also held fundraising roles for WWF-UK and the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. She has an MSc in International Business & Development from Birkbeck College, University of London.
