Matt is new to the Trust having just joined in October 2011. Matt has been in the events industry since 2002 and fell into it by mistake but has never looked back. He started work as an Event Co-ordinator for the Veterinary Laboratories Agency, an executive agency of Defra, organising academic conferences, open days and workshops. After leaving this role he moved to Healthcare Events and progressed from another Co-ordinator role through to the Head of Department and manager of the client events. Within this role, Matt organised a number of large annual conferences for various organisations including the Royal College of General Practitioners.

In Matt’s current role as Programme Manager, he is responsible for running many of the Trust’s residential leadership programmes.

In his spare time he enjoys watching his beloved AFC Wimbledon, listening to music, reading and going to the gym.
