It is a time of change for the organisation as we look to move from our current healthy position to an outstanding one in the field of leadership development. This change will further emphasise diversity in leadership and incorporate internationalisation, increasing both the international perspective and participation on the current programmes and developing the work of the Trust abroad.
I will also be looking at the more than one thousand strong, and growing, Alumni group, and have the desire to provide more assistance to them on their leadership journey. This will include helping them to continue their existing networks with each other and to build an association of Alumni.’
