Paulette joined the Windsor Leadership Trust as Deputy Chief Executive in March 2005 after six years of heading up the communications function at Save the Children.

This new role is aimed at strengthening the external face of the Windsor Leadership Trust and building relationships with existing, and new, Partners and supporters.
