Stephan Thoma is the Director of Learning and Development for Google in Europe, Middle East and Africa. His focus is on ensuring the learning agenda supports Google scale for the future whilst retaining and building its innovative and distinct culture. Stephan joined Google in 2006 to help build the learning strategy, deliverables and team for Google and previously he has held senior learning and talent development roles at NTL, Cisco Systems and GE.
