FAQs : What makes us different? What makes you different from other training organisations? We bring together top leaders from right across society on programmes that enable them to explore how they can develop themselves as a leader, and reflect on how they can benefit wider society in that role.
Our programmes focus on reflective leadership. They draw on an individual’s personal leadership style and experiences, which helps them to develop themselves as a leader. Although we don’t provide qualifications or accreditation, we do build on the formal academic training they may already have received. We see leadership as an individual journey and people are asked to develop a personal plan as a result of the programme.
We take pride in our charitable objective to serve society, and therefore rely on sponsorship from our Partners, and the time and expertise donated by our senior-level speakers and facilitators.
Do you have links with other Business Schools? We work with a wide range of organisations including business schools, management colleges and training centres. We share best practice, research into leadership and build links across our Alumni. We also link with academic institutions to ensure we are at the cutting edge of thinking into leadership.
Are you different from the Leadership Trust and the Windsor Fellowship? We are a completely separate and independent organisation from both the Leadership Trust and the Windsor Fellowship, who have different remits and target audiences.
