ArrowFAQs : Who can take part?
How do you source people to take part in the programmes?

We work with organisations that regularly nominate people for our programmes. We also receive many referrals through word of mouth and through our website. We are happy to receive enquiries from organisations looking to develop their top leaders, and from leaders themselves who think they are eligible to take part in our programmes. Please contact us on 01753 272056 or email us for more details.

Who is eligible to take part and how is this decided?

Our programmes are aimed at top leaders at five different stages of their career. The criteria for each level can be found under the sections Windsor Leadership Programme, Developing Strategic Leaders Programme, Newly Appointed Strategic Leaders Programme,Experienced Strategic Leaders Programme and Strategic Leadership Consultation within this website.

When we receive nominations or applications, our assessment process considers the submitted CV’s and biographies, and selects those at the most appropriate level and calibre for the programme based on experience, length of service, management responsibilities and leadership experience. From this we develop a list of programme participants ensuring diversity – across sector, ethnicity, gender and function.

How do I nominate someone to take part?

Please contact us on 01753 272056 or email us for more information and to request a nomination form.

Can I nominate myself and if so how?

The nomination form is also suitable for someone who would like to nominate themselves. Alternatively you can contact the team directly on 01753 272056 and we can advise you on the most suitable programme and process.

Are you only UK based or do you take participants who are not UK nationals?

Whilst we are based in the UK, we welcome leaders from all organisations, national and international, on our programmes. However the programmes are run in English and to get the most from the experience we request that participants speak fluent English, and that they are able to competently conduct business in English.

What are the costs of the programmes and what does this cover?

All speakers and facilitators generously give their time and expertise. However organisations are asked to contribute towards costs incurred by the Trust.

What if I can’t afford the costs - Are bursaries available?

We are able to offer bursaries to not-for-profit organisations and faith groups, thanks to the sponsorship from our Partners. Please contact us to find out about eligibility.
