 Windsor Leadership Programme Singapore Through a series of focused syndicate discussions, the group will explore what society and organisations demand from leaders and how that might change over the next ten years. Senior guest speakers with experience in the AsiaPac region offer first-hand examples of leadership challenges and personal insights.
Programme Aims:
- Develop the personal qualities, insight and wisdom needed by leaders operating at the highest levels.
- Support the self-development of leaders as their responsibilities increase, with a focus on the role they can play within their organisations and in society.
- Build personal confidence by providing the opportunity to focus on a leader's own leadership style, strengths and areas for development.
- Share wider insights into handling difficult leadership challenges.
- Create a strong peer support network from across all sectors.
Previous participants have joined from Singapore, Hong-Kong, China and Australia. Rolls-Royce, KPMG, WWF, Save the Children, CLP holdings Ltd., BP, Motorola, Standard Chartered Bank and a variety of government Ministries are among the organisations attending our Singapore Programme.
The Windsor Leadership Programme is held at The Arts House over 4 days and is not residential. The Arts House is the oldest existing government building in Singapore and is currently a multi-disciplinary arts venue. The historic building was formerly home to the Parliament of Singapore from 1965 to 1999.
