For those who participate in our programmes it is just the start of their relationship with the Trust.
The majority of participants want to build on the spirit of openess and honesty that they formed during their week together, and to develop a wider network of like-minded colleagues. They also want to delve further into leadership issues and learn from the experiences - both good and bad - of others. This is the basis on which the Windsor Leadership Trust's Alumni Network operates.
The network begins when, six months after their Programme, participants are invited to reconvene for the second part of their programme back in Windsor. This review enables them to re-examine their conclusions and test how far their ideas have stood the realities of being back at work. They create a safe, non-judgemental environment in which to air self-doubts and concerns. Groups will frequently organise their own meetings after this review and some networks continue for many years.
