We are hugely appreciative of the engagement and commitment of an increasing number of Partners who enable us to run high calibre programmes.
Our Partners demonstrate their support in a number of different ways: - The diversity of people taking part in each programme is one of our unique qualities. Participants gain from working together with such a cross-section of society. Our Partners value this and many make it possible for the widest range of leaders to attend, in particular those from not-for-profit organisations, by giving core financial support towards our work. Their support also funds our operational costs.
- Our small staff team in Windsor benefits from secondees from our Partner organisations. Typically these last for up to 12 months, and there are significant benefits for the individual, the Partner organisation, and the Trust, through skills exchange and a broadening of experience.
