ArrowWindsor Leadership Trust Programmes
-Our programmes contribute to the personal and professional development of leaders through debate, discussion and reflection, complementing their existing skills and experience. For leaders taking part, our programmes offer:
  • Practical, first-hand examples of leadership in action, both good and bad.
  • A diverse cross-section of leaders to discuss individual leadership challenges and ways to resolve them.
  • An opportunity to focus on their own leadership style and experiences.
  • The chance to consider what organisations and society will demand from leaders in the future.
  • A greater understanding of different operational cultures across society and how to think differently from their own organisation or sector.
We have developed programmes to meet the needs of leaders at five critical stages of their leadership journey:
  • Those who have already had some operational leadership experience, and the potential and drive to reach the most senior positions – the Windsor Leadership Programme.
Our programmes are fully residential in St George’s House, Windsor Castle, and range from two to five days. All of our meetings have a chairperson and a small number of facilitators, many of whom are previous participants. All of them generously donate their time and expertise. We do not charge for our programmes, with the exception of contributions towards accommodation. Bursaries are available for not-for-profit organisations and faith groups. We are grateful to our sponsoring Partners for enabling us to run the programmes on this basis. All meetings operate under the Chatham House Rule, enabling honest and open discussion.
