| The credit crunch: lessons learnt by business leaders and their HR professionals | | This white paper is the latest in a series of reports commissioned by the London Human Resource Group, which is an independent network of HR professionals, drawn from a broad spectrum of institutions, providing financial, professional and business services, based predominantly in the City of London. This paper is as timely as it is necessary. The latest credit crunch is the worst in living memory. Much has been talked about the failure of risk controls and little about people practices that contributed to the failure. This report aims to fill that gap.
