ArrowStrategic Leadership Consultation
*As the most senior of the Windsor Leadership Trust’s Consultations, this programme is targeted at those operating at the highest level in their field; those who are responsible for leading our society. Participants are invited to attend the Strategic Leadership Consultation because of their extensive experience and proven leadership skills at a strategic level.

Like our other programmes, participants come from all sectors of society including leaders from business, the civil service, military, religion, education and not-for-profit sectors. The consultation is unique in offering the most senior group of leaders the opportunity to debate profound leadership issues in a peer group, and to focus on the challenges and dilemmas facing strategic leaders. It also enables them to share ideas, consider how to develop future leaders, and develop a supportive network for the future. Operating under the Chatham House Rule, the Consultation creates an open environment for honest discussion.

The Consultation takes place in St George’s House and is by invitation only. The next one will take place on 12-13 March 2009.

All speakers and facilitators generously give their time and expertise. However organisations are invited to make a contribution towards the costs.
