Goodbye David, Welcome James

David McGill has retired as Chief Executive of the Windsor Leadership Trust after eight and a half successful years in the role. His successor, Dr James McCalman joined the Trust on 17 September, overlapping with David until his retirement on 26 September. James brings with him leadership experience in higher education and corporate training. He has driven several change/transformation projects and has gained experience of management and postgraduate teaching in the UK, Europe, Southeast Asia and the United States. His previous roles include Managing Director, Sotheby’s Institute of Art; Director of MBA Programmes, Ashridge Business School and MBA Director and Senior Lecturer, University of Strathclyde Graduate Business School.
